Microsoft yesterday released the list of 800+ Vista certified software applications that will work perfectly with Windows Vista.
“This article contains a list of applications that have earned the “Certified for Windows Vista” logo or the “Works with Windows Vista” logo. These applications are officially supported on Windows Vista by our independent software vendor (ISV) partners.”
The major software applications that are in the certified list are :
1. Corel’s Applications
2. Cyberlink’s Applications
3. Nero 7 Premium
4. Trend Micro AntiVirus
5. AutoCad 2008
6. Google’s Desktop Search & Browser Toolbar
7. Ulead’s Applications
8. Microsofts Own Applications.
Unfortunately some of other popular software are not in the list. These include :
1. Abobe’s Software Products
2. Symantec Software Products
3. Apple Software Products
4. Mozilla.org Products.
5. OpenOffice.org Products.
6. Yahoo Messenger & Toolbar
7. Skype
