Do you wish to change the boring progressive bar booting-up screen in Windows Vista? Yes, you can. Here is the small tweak that can change your old boot-screen to an aurora boot screen.
Original Boot Screen (Boring Progressive Bar!)

This boot screen is actually coming with Windows Vista. However, Microsoft did not make it the default one.
Aurora Boot Screen (Much Better!)

To Enable It:
In the run box, type msconfig and you are taken to system configuration menu. On the boot tab, check “No GUI boot” checkbox. Click okay and re-start the system.

Next time, when windows load, you will see a similar screen, which resembles the Windows Vista Aurora Screen saver.
